Generated Logos

Upon successful generation and payment (if applicable), you receive a license to use the generated logos for commercial and personal purposes. This license is:

• Worldwide and perpetual for paid generations
• Subject to responsible use guidelines

Our Service

The Logoing platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, remains our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate logos. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for conducting trademark searches before using logos commercially
• We do not guarantee the uniqueness or trademark eligibility of generated logos

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logoing and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
